Small heating, ventilation and air conditioning companies in the US and the UK, roughly 2 to 15 people, that run on phone calls, paper and spreadsheets today. If you take calls, send technicians to homes and invoice afterwards, it fits.

Every new company gets 14 days free, no card needed. You can create jobs, invite your technicians and send invoices from day one. We email you a week, three days and one day before it ends. If you do not subscribe, your data stays safe and read-only: you can still look at it, export it, record payments and finish jobs in progress.

A base fee per company plus a fee for each active technician; office users are free. A yearly plan is cheaper per month. The pricing page has a calculator for your team size. Prices on this page are placeholders until we publish final pricing.

Either. The technician app is built for Android first and an iPhone version follows. The office uses the web dashboard in any modern browser, and admins can also use the phone app.

Yes. Each company connects its own Stripe account, so card payments go straight to you. Homeowners open the invoice from an email link, with no account. Cash and checks work too and are tracked until you confirm the handover.

The technician app keeps your jobs on the phone. Status changes, notes and photos wait in a queue and are sent in order when the signal returns, so a basement or a rural job does not block anything.

Yes. Upload a CSV from your spreadsheet, match the columns, and Ventro checks every row, finds duplicates of customers you already have and lets you skip, merge or create them. It handles thousands of rows.

You do. Export everything (every table as CSV and JSON, plus photos, signatures and receipts) at any time, also while an account is read-only. You can anonymise a customer on request, and delete your company: it is removed after 30 days, and you can restore it before then.

Each company’s data is separated by the database itself, files are private, admin actions are written to an audit log, and card details never touch Ventro (Stripe handles them). We have not run a third-party security audit yet.
